Change PIN-code of the Library Card
Fill in the forms
> Submit

Fill in 4-digit PIN-code e.g. 1234
> Submit

During the self-service hours use your library card and PIN-code to open the library door.

Forgot your PIN-code

Login -window
Click Forgot your PIN-code? -link on the bottom of the window
Enter your library card number and email.
Note! Use the same library card number and email as in the library database.

Personal details

You can change your address information by making a requests for customer information change -form.

Change your phone number
> Save personal information
Change the email you want to get the due date reminders, scheduled alerts and arrived requests ready for pick up –emails
> Save personal information

Address and phone number changes will go to library staff for acceptance. Email changes straight away.

Loan history

You can define how long your loan history is kept.
Forever: loan history is kept forever.
Default: the library will keep your loan history for the duration permitted by the law.
Never: loan history is not saved.

You can see your loan history from the Loan history -selection.

Alert schedule

In Saved searches, you can choose an alert schedule. Alert schedules apply only to Local content.

You can renew selected items or all items.
If there are reservations or you have payments over 5 €, you will not be able to renew an item.
Renewal and making requests is not always possible during system maintenance 22pm-23pm.

My account - Requests

Here you can see your requests and their availability.

Make a request: search the title you need and then choose Place a hold request.
You can cancel selected or all hold requests before library staff has picked up the material from the shelves.
The shelf reservations are collected a few times in a day. Priority have been given to the customer in the library to borrow the material even if a hold request were directed to it.

Every customer has their own personal hold indetifier. The hold indentifier is a series numbers. You can see your personal hold indentiefier from your accounts personal details.Reservation are arranged in the reservation shelf according to last four numbers of customers hold indentifier.

My account - Fines

Your unpaid fines.
The suspension of borrowing rights will be applied after fines 5 euro or over.
You can pay your fines at the library customer service or you can also make the payment in Kaakkuri via online payment.

Fill in barcode number (= library card number)
Fill in PIN
> Save

If you have not set the own PIN code earlier, use the PIN which has been sent by email to you after you have registered as a library user. If necessary, contact your campus library.

My account - Saved searches

Saved searches and your recent searches.

In recent searches, you will find searches made in your ongoing session. Choose Save and your search appears in Saved Searches. You can delete searches and purge your unsaved searches.

My account - Favourites

My favourites and my lists
Choose Create a list and make a new list. You can set the list visibility private or public. In case of public list you will get public list URL.
You can sort favourites by order added, title, author, date or content type. You can add descriptions to favourites (only books) by choosing Add description.
After selecting favourites, you can choose email this, export selected, copy to list... or delete selected.

Log out

Please, choose Log out to finish your session. Close the browser (on the public computer).
